How can we help?

Contact Aksoy Labs at support@aksoylabs.com. You can write in English or Turkish. This guide covers Teleprompter 1.0 and TestFlight testing. Some features depend on your iPhone, language and permissions.

Record your first video

  1. In Studio, write or paste a script, choose a saved script, import text from a file, or try the sample.
  2. Review the text and prepare its sections. Choose the recording action when you are ready.
  3. Allow camera and microphone access when prompted. Check framing, text size and scrolling before starting.
  4. Start recording and wait for the recording state. When you stop, wait for the take to finish saving before leaving.
  5. Review the takes in your project, select the ones you want, then edit and export the video.

To rehearse or use another camera, choose Read without the camera from the Studio continuation card. That route scrolls your text without recording a video.

Retake a section

Open the project and the section you want to improve, then record another take for that section. A saved new take is selected automatically; earlier takes remain available for comparison and selection. Check the selected take for every section before export. Retaking one section does not require rerecording the whole script.

Camera, microphone or speech following is unavailable

Open iOS Settings, find Teleprompter and check its permissions. Speech following and captions also depend on the device, language and Apple speech services. Some languages require an Apple model download or separate consent for Apple server speech processing. You can use fixed-speed scrolling when speech following is unavailable.

After an interruption, review the app's status before continuing; recording does not automatically restart. If a recording ended early, open the project and review any recovery option offered. Recovery cannot guarantee that every part of an interrupted recording is saved.

Export, missing files and backups

Review the video and selected takes, check available device storage, then wait for export to complete before sharing. Finished exports can be saved or shared to a destination you choose. If an older export was moved or deleted in Files, make a new export from the project.

Keep important projects by exporting a project package through the app's backup options. A package includes project media; it is a copy you manage, not automatic cloud sync. Before uninstalling the app to troubleshoot, preserve any projects you need. Support cannot recover files that existed only on your device.

Plans do not load, or a purchase is pending

Check your connection and that the App Store is available for your Apple Account, then reopen the plan screen and use its retry option. Products, prices and trial eligibility come from Apple and can differ by account and region. Do not repeatedly purchase while a transaction is pending; wait for Apple's confirmation or approval.

A displayed plan price is not proof of a completed purchase.TestFlight purchases use Apple's testing environment and do not establish a paid App Store subscription. If products still fail to load, send us the app version, country or region and exact message shown; do not send your password or payment-card details.

Restore Pro access

Use the same Apple Account used for the purchase. Open the app's Settings → Membership and choose Restore purchases, or use the restore action on the subscription screen. Restoring checks Apple's existing purchases; it does not create a new subscription or restore locally deleted scripts and recordings.

If no active subscription is found, check its status in your Apple Account and whether you are using TestFlight or the App Store version. Contact us with the displayed status if access still looks wrong.

Cancel or request a refund

Manage a paid subscription in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or through the app's membership screen when subscription management is available. Deleting Teleprompter does not cancel a subscription. Apple shows the applicable renewal, cancellation and access dates; see Apple's cancellation instructions.

Refund eligibility and approval are handled by Apple. Use the refund action in the app's membership screen when offered, or follow Apple's refund instructions. We cannot promise a refund or change Apple's decision. The app uses Apple's Standard End User License Agreement.

Privacy, deletion and unavailable AI features

AI writing and translation through our backend are not available in this version, including Pro. For local deletion, Recently Deleted, exports, Apple speech consent and diagnostics controls, read the Teleprompter Privacy Policy. There is no Aksoy Labs account to delete in the current app. Send privacy questions or requests about information you have sent us to support@aksoylabs.com.

What to include in a support request

  • Your Teleprompter version and build, found in Settings, and whether it came from TestFlight or the App Store.
  • Your iPhone model, iOS version and the steps that led to the problem.
  • The exact error message and, if helpful, a screenshot with private content hidden.

Attach a recording or project only if you choose to share it and it is needed to explain the issue. The email link does not automatically send files or diagnostic logs. You can also send beta feedback through TestFlight.

İlk videonuzu kaydedin

  1. Stüdyo'da metin yazın veya yapıştırın, kayıtlı bir metin seçin, dosyadan metin alın ya da örneği deneyin.
  2. Metni gözden geçirin ve bölümlerini hazırlayın. Hazır olduğunuzda kayıt eylemini seçin.
  3. İstendiğinde kamera ve mikrofon izni verin. Başlamadan önce kadrajı, metin boyutunu ve kaydırmayı kontrol edin.
  4. Kaydı başlatın ve kayıt durumunu bekleyin. Durdurduğunuzda ekrandan çıkmadan önce çekimin kaydedilmesini bekleyin.
  5. Projedeki çekimleri gözden geçirin, kullanacaklarınızı seçin; ardından videoyu düzenleyip dışa aktarın.

Prova yapmak veya başka bir kamera kullanmak için Stüdyo'daki devam kartından Kamerasız oku eylemini seçin. Bu yol metni kaydırır, video kaydı yapmaz.

Bir bölümü yeniden çekin

Projeyi ve iyileştirmek istediğiniz bölümü açıp o bölüm için yeni bir çekim yapın. Kaydedilen yeni çekim otomatik seçilir; önceki çekimler karşılaştırma ve yeniden seçme için kalır. Dışa aktarmadan önce her bölümün seçili çekimini kontrol edin. Bir bölümü yeniden çekmek için bütün metni baştan kaydetmeniz gerekmez.

Kamera, mikrofon veya konuşma takibi kullanılamıyor

iOS Ayarlar'ını açıp Teleprompter'ın izinlerini kontrol edin. Konuşma takibi ve altyazılar cihaz, dil ve Apple'ın konuşma servislerine de bağlıdır. Bazı dillerde Apple modeli indirmek veya Apple sunucularında konuşma işleme için ayrı izin vermek gerekebilir. Konuşma takibi kullanılamadığında sabit hızlı kaydırmayı kullanabilirsiniz.

Bir kesintiden sonra devam etmeden önce uygulamanın durumunu kontrol edin; kayıt kendiliğinden yeniden başlamaz. Kayıt erken bittiyse projeyi açıp sunulan kurtarma seçeneğini inceleyin. Kurtarma, kesilen kaydın her bölümünün saklandığını garanti edemez.

Dışa aktarma, eksik dosyalar ve yedekler

Videoyu ve seçili çekimleri gözden geçirin, cihazdaki boş alanı kontrol edin ve paylaşmadan önce dışa aktarmanın tamamlanmasını bekleyin. Tamamlanan çıktıları seçtiğiniz hedefe kaydedebilir veya paylaşabilirsiniz. Eski bir çıktı Dosyalar'da taşındıysa ya da silindiyse projeden yeniden dışa aktarın.

Önemli projeler için uygulamanın yedekleme seçeneklerinden bir proje paketi oluşturun. Paket proje medyasını içerir; yönettiğiniz bir kopyadır, otomatik bulut senkronizasyonu değildir. Sorun gidermek amacıyla uygulamayı kaldırmadan önce gerekli projelerinizi koruyun. Destek, yalnızca cihazınızda bulunan dosyaları kurtaramaz.

Planlar yüklenmiyor veya satın alma bekliyor

Bağlantınızı ve Apple Hesabınız için App Store'un kullanılabildiğini kontrol edin; sonra plan ekranını yeniden açıp tekrar deneme seçeneğini kullanın. Ürünler, fiyatlar ve deneme uygunluğu Apple'dan gelir; hesap ve bölgeye göre değişebilir. Bir işlem bekliyorsa tekrar tekrar satın almayın; Apple'ın onayını veya işlemin tamamlanmasını bekleyin.

Plan ekranında görülen fiyat, satın almanın tamamlandığı anlamına gelmez.TestFlight satın almaları Apple'ın test ortamını kullanır ve ücretli bir App Store aboneliği oluşturmaz. Ürünler hâlâ yüklenmiyorsa uygulama sürümünü, ülke veya bölgenizi ve görünen mesajı bize gönderin; parolanızı ya da ödeme kartı bilgilerinizi göndermeyin.

Pro erişimini geri yükleyin

Satın alma için kullandığınız Apple Hesabını kullanın. Uygulamada Ayarlar → Üyelik bölümünü açıp Satın Alımları Geri Yükle eylemini veya abonelik ekranındaki geri yükleme eylemini seçin. Bu işlem Apple'daki mevcut satın almaları kontrol eder; yeni abonelik oluşturmaz ve yerel olarak silinmiş metin veya kayıtları geri getirmez.

Etkin abonelik bulunamazsa Apple Hesabınızdaki abonelik durumunu ve TestFlight mı App Store sürümü mü kullandığınızı kontrol edin. Erişim hâlâ yanlış görünüyorsa ekrandaki durumla birlikte bize yazın.

İptal veya iade talebi

Ücretli aboneliği iPhone Ayarlar → adınız → Abonelikler yolundan veya abonelik yönetimi kullanılabildiğinde uygulamanın üyelik ekranından yönetebilirsiniz. Teleprompter'ı silmek aboneliği iptal etmez. Geçerli yenileme, iptal ve erişim tarihlerini Apple gösterir; Apple'ın iptal adımlarını izleyin.

İade uygunluğuna ve onayına Apple karar verir. Sunuluyorsa uygulamanın üyelik ekranındaki iade eylemini kullanın veya Apple'ın iade adımlarını izleyin. İadeyi garanti edemeyiz veya Apple'ın kararını değiştiremeyiz. Uygulamada Apple Standart Son Kullanıcı Lisans Sözleşmesi kullanılır.

Gizlilik, silme ve kullanılamayan yapay zekâ özellikleri

Sunucumuz üzerinden yapay zekâ ile metin yazma ve çeviri, Pro dahil bu sürümde kullanılamaz. Yerel silme, Son Silinenler, dışa aktarılan dosyalar, Apple konuşma işleme izni ve tanılama kontrolleri için Teleprompter Gizlilik Politikası sayfasını okuyun. Mevcut uygulamada silinecek bir Aksoy Labs hesabı yoktur. Gizlilik sorularınızı veya bize gönderdiğiniz bilgilerle ilgili taleplerinizi support@aksoylabs.com adresine iletin.

Destek talebine neler eklemelisiniz?

  • Ayarlar'da görünen Teleprompter sürümü ve derleme numarası; TestFlight mı App Store sürümü mü kullandığınız.
  • iPhone modeliniz, iOS sürümünüz ve sorunla karşılaşmadan önce izlediğiniz adımlar.
  • Hata mesajının tamamı ve yararlıysa özel içerikleri gizlenmiş bir ekran görüntüsü.

Yalnızca paylaşmayı seçiyorsanız ve sorunu açıklamak için gerekiyorsa bir kayıt veya proje ekleyin. E-posta bağlantısı dosya veya tanılama günlüğünü otomatik göndermez. Beta geri bildirimini TestFlight üzerinden de iletebilirsiniz.
